registered on ClinicalTrials.gov that started in 2020 or later, made searchable
by meaning rather than by keyword. Ask for "trials that allow prior
immunotherapy" and you get trials, not a list of pages containing those words.
Why it's private. The search runs inside your browser.
There's no server to send your question to, so there's no log of it anywhere.
If you work in competitive intelligence, your search history is your strategy —
this is the difference between typing it into your own machine and typing it
into someone else's.

Said plainly: this data is public domain. You could crawl
and normalize all 60,000 studies yourself. You're paying for that already being
done, not for exclusive access.
